I call this “Just One Thing.” It’s a set of two questions we can use to get clarity and direction with our big goals and projects or when we’re looking to improve an area of our lives in general. These questions are useful because they ask us to consider what we need to stop doing, as well as what we need to start. They are also about keeping it simple and doing just one thing, rather than making changes across the board and ending up overwhelmed.
