Some will be more useful than others, but this website provides some interesting prompts to get the thoughts flowing.

An online tool you can use to set goals and targets GTD style. This is probably one of the best versions I’ve seen.

Meditation Oasis

This website has a podcast containing free meditations. It also contains a lot of useful information about the benefits of meditating and how to make the most of them.

OhLife

OhLife is a simple way to develop a daily journaling practice. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a daily email containing a prompt. Simply reply, and your answers will be stored in private on the website, ready to view at any time.

OneWord

A fun online tool that provides a single-word prompt and gives you 60 seconds to write about it.

Penzu

Another online journalling tool with free and paid sign-up options. Users can add pictures to their posts and there is a handy search function for old entries too.

SuperBetter

SuperBetter helps you achieve your health goals by providing you with games and challenges that build your resilience.

Yoga Download

Start a home yoga practice with Yoga Download’s video and audio tracks. Download or stream classes lasting anything between 20 minutes and 1.5 hours. Some classes are available for free and the site’s monthly memberships are cost-effective compared to attending live classes.

Bloom* combines well-being with entertainment to provide you with daily reminders that encourage you to develop positive habits in a fun and friendly way.
