12 Weeks to Self-Knowledge is a sentence completion course that will help you deepen your awareness of your beliefs, thoughts and feelings. Looking at the past, present and future, you’ll explore the messages you received when you were younger and how they influence you now. Each week, we will explore a different topic that will help you expand your self-knowledge and kick-start your personal development journey.

How it works
Sentence completion encourages you to use your instinct and gut response. I will provide you with the first part of the sentence, called the stem, and you finish it. Each week, you’ll receive a set of stems that focus on a specific area. You answer each stem six times every day with whatever comes to mind – no thinking involved!
The 12 Weeks to Self-Knowledge sentence completion course is a daily practice, with a reflective review session on the seventh day of each week.
Contents
During the 12 Weeks to Self-Knowledge course, you will receive an email every morning with that week’s sentence stems. These change weekly but you complete the stems every day, so you’ll receive a daily email reminder to make your practice as easy as possible.
Once a week, you’ll also receive a special, extended email that complements your daily practice. These will stimulate further self-discovery, give you a different perspective and help you overcome any barriers or resistance to creating the practice that you want.

FAQ
I don’t know anything about sentence completion
I’ll send you everything you need to know about doing the exercises before the course begins. The course is self-guided, but if you donate $60 or more, you will receive unlimited email support for all 12 weeks.
Why do each set of sentences last for a week?
Each set of sentences lasts for a week for two reasons. Firstly, it helps us identify any patterns or changes in our responses that come up during the week. Secondly, repeating the exercise throughout the week can encourage underlying thoughts or feelings rise to the surface, which might not if we were to only do the sentences once then move on.
I’m not sure I want to invest in this right now
Times are tough right now, and it’s completely understandable you might worry about the costs associated with a lengthy project. That’s why this course is donation-based (see below under ‘Pricing’).
I don’t have much/any spare time, how long will this take?
Depending on your writing/typing speed, and how much time you want to spend, you’re looking at a daily commitment of 10 to 20 minutes (perhaps a little more at first while you get used to the exercises). That might sound overwhelming and un-doable, but I think you’re worth spending time on.
I have work/family/holiday/general life commitments and I don’t know if I can do this for three months
Not only do we have existing commitments, but life has its way of throwing up unexpected challenges once in a while – just to keep us on our toes. I totally recognise that; you will start receiving emails the day after you sign up, but you can complete the course whenever you want.
If you’re planning to do the 12 Weeks to Self-Knowledge course at a later date or get interrupted during your practice, I recommend setting up a separate email folder and storing all the 12 Weeks to Self-Knowledge updates there so you can find them with ease when the right time comes around.
