This contract exists so we have a mutual understanding of what to expect practically from our time. If you have any questions about the contract, please get in touch.
1. Sales and Refunds
All packages are sold as is. If for any reason I decide it’s not appropriate to continue with our time together, I will refund the remaining sessions left in a package.
Our time consists of coaching, not counselling. If necessary, I might suggest seeking further contact from a trained counsellor, and in some situations cancel and refund any remaining time if I feel counselling would be more appropriate.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
All information discussed during our time together is confidential, and you are in complete control of what information you choose to share with me. This means that you are free to talk to others about the sessions, but I won’t, unless required by law or if I have reason to feel concerned for your safety.
All conversations take place via Skype. If a session is interrupted or cannot begin due to technical problems or poor connectivity, I will work with you to reschedule the call at some point over the next seven days. If we encounter technical problems on a regular basis (i.e. three or more times), I might suggest working through another medium – for example, email – and will adjust the price of your coaching accordingly.
Payment for all individual sessions or groups is required in advance via PayPal. If you wish to book more than one session and would like to discuss payment plans, please contact me.
You can book a block of sessions all at once or schedule each session one by one. Once you have purchased a session or package, you will be able to book our first conversation.
I would appreciate 48 hours notice for session cancellations, but I understand this isn’t always possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
