I Challenge You


It's a new year.Perhaps this feels like a time for new things: new resolutions, new goals, new dreams, new adventures.But how about giving ourselves permission to stick with what we have? To get to know ourselves better, work with what we’ve already developed, and celebrate that?I used to make New Year's resolutions, but they don't work for me. My resolutions were all about changing myself, changing my habits and attempting to change my life.But real change can only come about through understanding. So I propose to you a challenge:1. Throw those resolutions out of the window.2. Breathe a sigh of relief.3.
