Last month, I read The Power of TED by David Emerald and loved it. The book contains so many useful ideas and lightbulb moments, I made a short video series covering some of the key points. Watch below for a brief introduction to the victim orientation, the creator orientation, and how to shift from the drama triangle to the empowerment dynamic.

What is the “dreaded drama triangle”?

Thanks for the nice videos Hannah. The concepts are powerfull and the way you present it is very clear.

My biggest insight was that the victim mindset compromises on their vision. I set myself up for a challenging vision about the life I want to create and it caused a lot of tension in me and my relationships. I realized I already started to think about compromising my vision, making it smaller and also when I talk about it with people, I often only share smaller versions. I now understand that I am doing it because of anxiety and you reassured me to hold on to my biggest vision and focus on bringing me closer to it.

PS: At the beginning of the last video you bring in more of your emotions and show more of your real selve, I really liked seeing you in that way! Bring it out more :-)
