#68 Do You Want to Be the Hero of Your Life or the Victim?

Welcome the first solo episode I've done for a while! Today, I'm asking an important question: do you want to be the hero of your life, or the victim? This is a challenging question and chaces are we'd all answer "hero." But does that desire match up with you're living right now? When we make time to think about this question properly, it can change our behaviour, decisions and relationships for good.

The episode: Do you want to be the hero of your life or the victim?

Topics I cover include:

  • Signs that we might be living as a victim and prioritising other people's needs over our own
  • Why connection trumps validation
  • How to cultivate radical self-acceptance
  • How we can reframe our relationship with our inner critic

...and much more.
