How to Be Kind to Yourself: New Book Available Now!

I’m excited to share that my latest book How to Be Kind to Yourself: A Guide to Navigating Life’s Daily Challenges with Self-Compassion, Self-Acceptance, and Ease is available now.

Each chapter of the book deals with a different experience or situation that might challenge our self-kindness: rejection, making mistakes, judgement, illness, not doing what we’re saying we’re going to do, and *much* more. You’ll find practical and doable suggestions and practices for deepening self-acceptance and self-compassion in the face of common life challenges, as well as tools to use in situations in which it’s hardest to be kind to ourselves.

To celebrate the release of the book, you can get your copy for just $0.99/£0.99 until this Friday (29th July).

Here’s what the back cover says:

“When do you find it hard to be kind to yourself?

Making a mistake; feeling overwhelmed; encountering judgement and rejection; comparing yourself unfavourably to other people. These experiences and more can provoke our inner critics and leave us feeling isolated, stuck, and unsure how to move forward. But they are also an unavoidable part of being human and an opportunity to grow.

In How to Be Kind to Yourself, you’ll discover how to use these times to deepen your self-compassion and cultivate confidence through action. Inside, you’ll find support, encouragement, and questions for reflection on some of the most common challenges that come with being human.”
